Summer 2026 events are being planned now. Sign up for the email list above to get the inside scoop! We'll be combatting invasive worms on campus, going on a waterfall hike, and a couple other activities. We'll kick off our year on Sunday, August 30 at Valle Crucis Park for a picnic and raingutter regatta.

During the school year, we meet Tuesdays from 6–7pm at First Presbyterian Church of Boone...though dens often go on adventures around town, and we have other events going on every month!

Over the 2025–26 year, we camped at Camp Raven Knob (twice!), pulled invasive species from the Blue Ridge Conservancy Pollinator Garden, raced pinewood derby cars, watched an App State Basketball game, put together food boxes with Casting Bread, and more!

In 2025–26, we're going to camp in some of the amazing areas in the high country (Grayson Highlands, and more!), camp at the North Carolina Zoo, work with Boone Town Council on resolution...and that's just our starting point.
